In departure from the policies that govern most other services CyberFrontier provides either outright or through associates, Asset Management, Company Formations and Corporate Secretarial Services provided by our associates at Alternative Investments Management LLC are not budget priced. Fees are very affordable, but if you are looking for a budget provider, AIM is not it.
What is more, we are very selective when it comes to customers. We are doing our best to provide quality services to a quality clientele and are not interested in serving the masses. You might find it unusual that we are essentially promoting service providers that compete with our associates, but the exclusivity of AIM and the fact that AIM only deals with clients introduced by other clients may explain why we felt it necessary. In fact, the only reason AIM is included here at all, is to show that through their services we are likely to be the only service provider that can offer complete A to Z solutions to corporate clients, on the web today.

Among the services AIM provides, two are of particular interest to CyberFrontier, Franchisees and clients alike. These are Trust settlements and clerical/secretarial duties (filing of documents and returns, updating the corporate register, etc.). We consider a trust a good way to protect yourself when you are just starting out online and don't want to spend, or can't afford the cost of forming a company. For that purpose, at about $200.00 settlement fee and $50.00 annual service fee, offshore trusts may be a very cost efficient interim solution.
